I installed Windows Live Skydrive App on Window 7 today and I’m looking forward to test drive it. With Skydrive, you can access your photos and files from almost anywhere, store them, and securely share them. It should work on: Windows 7 , Windows Vista , or Mac OS X Lion

A new skydrive folder is created for you:
Fetch and Store files from Skydrive on your PC:
In the Windows taskbar notification area, I noted Skydrive synchronizing the folders:
When I logged into Skydrive through the browser, I was greeted with the following message:
SkyDrive's free storage is changing – claim your free 25GB
SkyDrive's free storage limit is changing to 7GB, but as an existing SkyDrive user you can keep the 25GB you currently have – if you act now.
Since I already had a skydrive account and I have been using it for a while, I get a free 25G upgrade. For new users the free default storage is 7GB.

Add 20 GB to your free storage
SkyDrive +50 $25.00/year
Add 50 GB to your free storage
SkyDrive +100 $50.00/year
