Step 1: Login to https://skydrive.live.com
Step 2: Create or Upload the documents you want to share to the Public Folder
Step 4: Generate Embed code that you will later use in your website/blog. Click Generate button.
Step 5: Copy the generate code and embed it in your site/blog
Step 6: Be sure to test by clicking on the link in the above
